regarding your Choc. cream cheese muffins
How many muffins does this recipe make?
No flour??
And 6 eggs are listed twice in the recipe – is that true???

Great catch! I did have the eggs listed twice so it is just a total of 6 eggs for the chocolate cream cheese muffin recipe. The flour is already there and it’s three cups. If you go to the bottom of the muffin recipe page you will see a link that says “printable version” and it was correct. If you are printing it out, this will save you some ink!
If I remember right, I think this recipe would make about a dozen normal sized muffins. The boxes take more batter, of course, so you’ll have less if you use that idea.
