I am preparing to buy Mastering the Art of French Cooking Volumes 1 & 2, and I am curious as to whether the recipes have maintained their integrity with all of the reprintings, or if I should break down and buy earlier editions. Any thoughts?
I apologize for my delay in responding to your question. I actually don’t know the answer to that but after trying some recipes, I would guess yes as this book is not a simple read. I’m sorry that I do not have an answer for you but I hope that you enjoy the book as much as I have!
Wow!!! I’m so impressed. I’m looking at all these wonderful recipes on your blog and my mouth is watering. I can’t believe all this wonderful food is being made so close to where I live. You should open your own restaurant so that more people can enjoy your yummy food. I would definitely come that’s for sure.
